Nutrition Doesn't Have To Be A Mystery

With the guidance of a nutrition coach reaching your goals can be simple and something that works forever! Here's how it works:The process at PUSH is an individual nutrition design that is unique to your needs and what you need for your life. Everyone is at different place with nutrition, it could be that you are dialing in your marco numbers for performance, or you are just learning some healthy habits to make lifestyle changes, it is unique to you. To understand the process that you will go through when you start your Nutrition journey with us, we have explained our starting steps.

1. Tell Us About You

You will sign up for a membership here, feel free to ask us any questions to get to know us and what we do before signing up. Once you sign up we will send you an intake form. Answer a few questions so we can get to know you. Our program is highly customized. We don't believe in a one size fits all program, so we will be taking the information on the intake form to create a strategy specifically for you. This is something we will be evaluating daily and each week to make sure we're heading in the right direction.

2. Set Goals and Learn Habits

Your coach will come up with your plan after getting to know you and learning more about your specific needs. They will then give you how many grams of protein, fats and carbs you need to consume daily to reach your specific goals., along with a calorie target. The coach will guide you through every step of the process, showing you how to track,  teaching you how to make food selections, all to make your experience better. We will begin working on creating habits together to create a lifestyle that is sustainable to you!

3. Keep Track

Every day you'll submit your log for macronutrients and calories. Each week we'll evaluate measurements, milestones, sleep hours, energy levels and more to make adjustments for your plan specifically. This is what sets our program apart. The plan will change as you change. The coach will always be an email away, and more importantly we will be working on ways to change your habits to make this process sustainable and attainable. 

4. Gain Support and Accountability

Stay accountable with daily check-ins and unlock access to our members-only Facebook page where we share recipes, encouragement and more!
